Application terms

Before applying for the SNS Follow Campaign (hereinafter referred to as this campaign), please read the following application terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as these terms) and apply only if you agree to them.

Campaign overview

Details of the prizes and the number of winners will be announced in the post.

Application period	Until the date when the number of followers reaches the number specified for posting or until the specified date for posting. *When the number of followers reaches the target and we stop accepting applications, we will notify you using the comment function.

How to receive prizes

You can receive your prize by authenticating on the 7th floor BOSS E・ZO FUKUOKA according to the instructions in the winning notification. The prize receiving period will be specified in the winning notification. If the prize is not claimed by the prize claim period, the prize will be invalidated.
However, for some prizes, the prize will be sent by mail, so you will be required to provide personal information.
If the prize is the right to participate in an event with a specified date and time, there is no need to collect it in advance, so please come to the designated location on the specified date and time. If you are unable to attend on the designated date and time, your winnings will be invalidated.

Handling of personal information

Personal information collected from winners will be used to ship prizes.
Regarding the handling of personal information, please refer to Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks Co., Ltd.'s "Personal Information Protection Policy."

This campaign is a campaign sponsored by Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company). It is not carried out by Company X.
An X account is required to apply for this campaign.
Applicants will be deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions when they repost a post targeted for this campaign.
Winners will be contacted via DM (direct message), so please be sure to follow the Sanrio Characters Dreaming Park official account.
Each person can only win once.
Only the winners will be contacted to announce the winners.
Please note that if you unfollow @sanrio_dreaming before receiving the DM, your winnings will be invalidated.
Rights as a winner cannot be transferred to a third party, redeemed for cash, or changed.
Applications are limited to those residing in Japan.
Persons under the age of 13 are not permitted to participate in this campaign.
If you are a minor, please obtain consent from your guardian to participate in this campaign before applying.
This campaign may be canceled, interrupted, or terminated due to malfunctions, etc. without prior notice.
We cannot answer any questions or inquiries regarding the use of X, confirmation of acceptance of applications, or questions regarding selection/rejection. Please note.
In the event that a dispute arises between an applicant and a third party regarding application to this campaign, the applicant shall resolve the dispute at its own responsibility and expense, and shall not cause any damage to the Company.
All expenses related to the application, such as communication charges and connection fees, shall be borne by the applicant.
If the winner does not receive the prize, or if the prize cannot be shipped due to unavailability of address, inability to contact, incomplete information, etc., the prize will be invalidated.
We will not provide replacements unless the prize is defective.
The contents of this campaign are subject to change. If the Company deems it necessary, the Company will obtain the individual consent of the applicant for the content of this campaign and the conditions regarding this application by posting it on the Company's BOSS E・ZO FUKUOKA official website or Sanrio Characters Dreaming Park Official X. We assume that changes can be made without notice. In this case, the revised content shall be applied from the time of posting.
If the winner is selected, all expenses such as transportation to the prize delivery location will be borne by the winner.

Prohibited matter

Applications from accounts that fall under the following items may be invalidated. Also, if it is discovered after winning, the winning may be invalidated.

Apply using automatic program
Applying from multiple X accounts
Acts that interfere with the operation of this campaign
Slander against specific groups or individuals
Acts that violate public order and morals
Advertising and solicitation
Other acts that our company deems inappropriate.

Disclaimer

The Company will not be held responsible for any trouble or damage caused to the applicant in connection with this campaign if it is not attributable to the Company.
Our company will not be held responsible for any damages that may occur as a result of the campaign being suspended or canceled due to problems with X or related applications that are not attributable to our company.
The Company shall not be held responsible for any damages to applicants arising from reasons not attributable to the Company, such as network malfunctions, computer viruses, unauthorized access to servers, etc.
