Please press the "Purchase tickets" button for the desired facility on the BOSS E・ZO FUKUOKA official website.
On the ticket portal site, select the date/time/ticket type/number of tickets.

If you are satisfied with your ticket selection, please enter the purchaser's information.
After entering the necessary information, please read and agree to the terms of use, check the "Agree" box, and click "Confirm email address."

* You will receive an email from @ticket.e-zofukuoka.com. Please make sure your inbox settings allow incoming emails from our domain.

* Please note that if you do not make a purchase within 15 minutes after receiving the email, your purchase rights will be voided. Please restart from Step 1 if 15 minutes have already passed.

You will receive an email with instructions on how to complete your purchase.
Please enter your payment information from the link in the email you received.

Finally, please check that all purchase details are correct and click the "Confirm Purchase" button.

A purchase completion notification will be sent to the email address you entered.
The link for the e-ticket required for admission will be included in the email. Please display the link with your smartphone on the day of the event, or print out the e-ticket included on the linked page in advance and bring it with you.

If there are day-of tickets available, you can purchase tickets on the dedicated ticket portal or at the ticket booth on the 3rd floor of BOSS E・ZO FUKUOKA.

・When the purchase is completed, the customer is deemed to have agreed to the precautions described on the official website and shown at the time of application.

・The contents cannot be changed, canceled, or reissued after the purchase is completed.

・No refunds will be issued based on the customer's circumstances.

・Refunds will be issued only in the event of cancelling rooftop attractions due to inclement weather.
