"Fire Hall 4000" is a Chinese restaurant centered on a hot pot, owned and chefed by Kinya Komoda, a leading Chinese chef in Japan. At lunchtime, we serve Chinese set meals such as mapo tofu, and at dinnertime, we serve authentic Chinese food that goes well with medicinal hot pot and sake.

4000 Chinese Restaurant Owner Chef: Kinya Komoda
Born in Shinagawa, Tokyo in 1968. Graduated from Osaka Abeno Tsuji Culinary Institute.
Currently the owner and chef of 4000 Chinese Restaurant, Kōgai Ji-cube, and Fire Hall 4000 3 stores (Gotanda, Azabujuban, Toranomon).
In addition, he has appeared in vocational schools, cooking class instructors, events and cooking programs.

"Fire Hall 4000" is a Chinese restaurant centered on hot pots, owned and chefed by Kinya Komoda, a leading Chinese chef in Japan. The hot pot provided by "Fire Hall 4000" is eaten while drinking two exquisite soups, the chef's original sweet and spicy mala soup and the healthy medicinal soup that is a blend of crude drugs. This hot pot is a self-confident work of Chef Kinya Komoda, a nutritional medicinal food master. At lunchtime, we serve Chinese set meals such as mapo tofu, and at dinnertime, we serve authentic Chinese food that goes well with medicinal hot pot and sake. Unlike traditional Chinese restaurants, we provide a stylish and clean space so that customers can enjoy their meal time slowly. We will adopt a design that can accommodate a wide range of customers, from small customers at lunch time to group customers such as families and banquets at dinner time.
