What is “Spice Maniacs (tentative)”?
A group of maniac spice cuisine creators that spun off from the "Kyushu Curry Alliance," a Facebook group for Kyushu curry lovers, by Kyushu curry lovers, and for Kyushu curry lovers. The members are diverse, including curry enthusiasts who have become curry makers themselves, owners of popular curry shops, Nepalese buyers, and food fitters who run cooking classes.
This time we will open at the same time! Spanish donuts “DOTS” and Taiwanese castella “Momo Taka”
Dots, a Spanish-born donut with an addictive chewy texture, and Momotaka, a Taiwanese castella with a simple yet nostalgic taste that has a plump texture and a fluffy sweetness that spreads in your mouth, are back. Masu!
