I want to make it overwhelmingly gorgeous and send out the attractive Ehomaki food culture to the world! This is the Ehomaki that I made with the idea! A luxurious ehomaki made by wrapping bluefin tuna and shrimp with Japanese beef and topped with sea urchin and salmon roe. You can also add caviar toppings for +2500 yen ♪ Please enjoy the luxurious Ehomaki for this year's Setsubun.
