``KAGAYA Starry Sky World Exhibition'', an exhibition of works by KAGAYA, a popular starry sky photographer and well-known planetarium video creator, will be held for the first time in Kyushu! It will be held at BOSS E・ZO FUKUOKA 6F Event Hall for a limited time from April 27th (Sat) to June 9th (Sun). An exhibition space where visitors can truly experience the Earth in space. The Milky Way, the moon, the aurora borealis...why not witness the ``gifts of the sky'' for yourself? Please enjoy this full-scale exhibition where you can fully experience the KAGAYA world!

What is “KAGAYA Starry Sky World Exhibition”?

KAGAYA, which travels around the world in pursuit of the eternity of a moment, has expressed the magnificent miracle woven between the sky and the earth in various forms such as paintings, photographs, videos, and planetarium programs. In addition, we are focusing on popularizing astronomy, and we continue to convey the charm of the starry sky to many people, with over 930,000 followers on X (formerly Twitter), where people post photos of the starry sky (as of February 2024). . In this exhibition, his representative photographic works will be displayed all at once, divided into the following parts: ``Starry Sky of the Four Seasons,'' ``Sky with Moon,'' ``Aurora,'' ``A Star Journey Following the Milky Way,'' and ``A Momentary Universe.'' In addition to releasing new works, we will also show a video of the starry sky created from approximately 10,000 photos.

Highlights of the event

① Experience the starry sky with attractive photos such as the Milky Way, the moon, and the aurora borealis!

Approximately 60 of KAGAYA's representative works are on display. An explanatory panel is also included to help you better understand the starry sky and constellations, allowing you to deeply appreciate the gems of starry sky landscape photos taken around the world. Viewing photos on a large panel provides a slightly different experience than viewing them on a smartphone or computer screen!

② Experience the universe with images of the starry sky created from approximately 10,000 photos!

The video works ``A Momentary Universe'' and ``Tenku Sanka'' will be screened at the venue's theater. Both are starry sky video works by KAGAYA. It was created from approximately 10,000 photos taken around the world, and you can experience the movement of the stars and the changing colors of the sky. Please enjoy the video poems woven together with original songs by composer Manami Kiyota on a powerful large screen.
